No new news yet on who will be included in MvC3, but a recent interview with Niitsuma reveals who did not make the cut.
Knowing full well they wouldn’t get an answer when prying about characters directly, AusGamers chose instead to ask who didn’t make the cut. Niitsuma then confirms that though he wanted to see a Resident Evil boss monster, like Nemesis or Tyrant, there were problems with how nasty they would look in such a visually developed game. They were left out to avoid getting an M rating. On top of that, for reasons unknown, it seems the Fantastic Four were sought after by Capcom for the game but could not be included.
Maybe the rumored inclusion of Super Skrull is there answer to not having the Fantastic Four in the game. But that is just speculation.
